As the dust finally settles from our unexpected crisis with Ann’s death, it seems a good time to once again thank Diana for what she did for us. She stepped into a situation that was unfamiliar and where she was suddenly asked — by people far away with whom you’d had no prior contact — to take on the incredibly demanding job of overseeing first a major illness and then a death. She handled it with resourcefulness and grace and caring. It was more than a job superbly performed — it was an act of reaching out with her spirit. We remain incredibly grateful.

Diana Amaya helped my mother in a very difficult mental state in San Miguel. Not only could I not be there physically because of the Covid 19 situation, she did everything only a family member would do. Diana was the bloodline for my mother and me when I was unable to be there to make difficult decisions, she was most helpful with all the language barriers I could not perform and she bent over backwards to do everything in her power to help. She was honest, professional and really cares about people. I cannot express my gratitude for all the duties she performed.
