Recomiendo muchísimo este servicio. Contratamos a dos enfermeras para que nos ayudaran durante mi boda, ya que mi papá tiene Párkinson y queríamos asegurarnos de que él estuviera bien atendido, sin que nadie de la familia tuviera que estar preocupado. La boda duró tres días y en todo momento, las enfermeras fueron espectaculares.
Lo asistieron con mucha paciencia y profesionalismo: lo ayudaron a ir al baño, a vestirse, a bañarse, le dieron sus alimentos en los horarios adecuados y lo más lindo, ¡hasta lo animaron a bailar un poco durante la fiesta! Gracias a su dedicación, tanto mi papá como toda la familia pudimos disfrutar del evento con tranquilidad.

I brought my 84 year-old mother from California to San Miguel, and while I looked for a nursing home, she needed nursing care and care giving. I called Home Life Care, and Diana responded immediately. Diana was able to set up a meeting to discuss my mom’s needs. We needed a nurse and care giver in just a few days, and Diana managed to schedule everything by the time we needed it. Claudia, the nurse assigned to my mom, was absolutely wonderful. Caring, knowledgeable, and compassionate. My mom loved her! They even provided a wheel chair (included in the quoted price) for my mom to use. I cannot thank Home Life Care enough for their help and wonderful service. I’d most definitely call them again.

They initially provided 24 hour then 12 hr then several days of excellent caring service. They were well trained and able to respond to my every need. Importantly I could stay in my own home. Check them out if you ever need nursing care

“We have all had a time when we have thought, what would I do if I fall and break a leg, or if I fall ill and am incapacitated for a period of time. Who would look after me? Family is too far away and I would not impose on my friends. What would I do? Well that question became a reality for me a week ago when I fell on the street, was lifted up by some passers-by and found I could not put any weight on my right leg. I took an ambulance to the hospital for x-rays and thankfully I was told nothing was broken and that I could go home. But I couldn’t walk! Fortunately a neighbor had told me about HOME LIFE CARE.

While I was at the hospital getting the x-rays, a friend phoned Diana Amaya the director of this service and by the time I was back home, one of Diana’s angels was already waiting for me. It was 11 p.m. at night and she stayed all night. That was the beginning of my experience with this wonderful service. For the following week, three profession woman took turns to fulfill my needs 24 hours a day. I could not have managed without them.

They were all well trained, two spoke very good English, and they were at my side whenever I needed them, without being in my face when I didn’t. After three days, one of these women drove me in her car to Queretaro to see my orthopedic surgeon. With his advice she brought me a walker, and I was then able to begin to walk again. I have a contusion of the hip joint and will need the walker and pain killers for about 10 days. I can’t recommend Home Life Care strongly enough. If you find yourself in this situation and need home care, don’t hesitate to call Diana. Your worries are over!”
